Chairperson
He is a Bachelor of Commerce from R.A. Podar College. He is the founding member along with his brother Dilip and father Shantilal Lakhani. He may not have a MBA in HR but many HR professionals consider his human management skills as a learning example. He is a visionary leader who firmly believes that success is a goal best shared. He also brings spiritual quotient to the company as these days he is also associated withShrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur (SRMD) and Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY).
Dilip Shantilal Lakhani,
Technical
He is a Chemical Engineer from UDCT, Mumbai. He is the founding member along with his brother Bharat and father Shantilal Lakhani, looking after the technical production, Quality Control and R&D for Lakhani Dyestuffs. He is associated with Dyestuffs Industry since 1985.
He has brain child various technologies which lead to improved utility to the Customer. He passionately invests in the R&D and has created the culture of innovation in the Company – the Culture which differentiates Lakhani Dyestuffs from all other dye manufacturers. He also aces in moulding the technology to cater to the unique customer requirement.
Paurav Bharat Lakhani,

He is a Chartered Accountant and was an Investment Banker before making it as a second generation entrepreneur. He brings on table not only the passion towards growing the business to a newer heights but also the imperativeness towards the pursuit to success. He plays a pivotal role in professionalizing the business and launching newer initiatives. His heart lies in new customer acquisition and process improvement while monitoring the finance pulse.
